The Evolution of an Idea:
After decidng to pursue a career in Real Estatethe first firm I joined a firm I joined emphasizing cold-call, telemarketing. Every effort to use new market techniques, including Internet Marketing, was viewed as avoidance of booth telemarketing.
I decided to make FSBO's my "Farm" and to contact all FSBO's using the Internet. When these ideas were discouraged, I left this broker and joined a firm supporting my marketing ideas.
To win over the most FSBO's, I needed to give them something they couldn't resist; to make them an offer they can't refuse. I'd give each home for sale a free Website, with the doman name hooked to the home's street address and to WebHomeUSA, yielding the domain name 123MainStRochesterNY.WebHomeUSA.com. I'd co-market and co-brand te home.
Since developing the basic concept, I've worked on the Website and the business model. WebHomeUSA uses the patent pending ID Hook Marketing Method and the Google/Network Media business model of: Free Content > DriveTraffic > Sell Ads.
